What is the discovery queue for?
Occasionally, we will inevitably have gaps in our designer's pipeline.
When that happens, we will allow free discovery sessions to customers that have expressed interest in our service and joined the queue.
If you know you need to speak with us about your website eventually, it helps to join the queue now as it is done on a first-come first-serve basis.
It is highly possible that registering a day late becomes a week long wait for our discovery session.
Is the Free Discovery session any different than the paid one?
Absolutely not!
We view this as a win-win for both of us as any lost in productivity of our designers time can easily be worth as much as a paid discovery session for us.
The other benefit is that your project is guaranteed to start earlier because our designers are free.
How long do I have to wait?
There is no guarantee on when we have gaps but you can expect to wait for a minimum of 1 week.
What if I don't want to wait?
There is no need to wait if your project is urgent.
You can either purchase our paid discovery call session if you really need to speak with someone.
If not, you can self-help to the information on our website or email us any questions you have. After clarifying your doubts, you can make your purchase directly on our website.
How will I be informed when it's my turn?
You will receive an email from us to make a direct booking if you are next in line, you have up to 2 days to make your booking.
If no booking is made, your queue will be forfeited to the next person in line and you will have to re-queue again from the last position.
